Eden Life Academy is a platform which connects practitioners with clients. Profit from a session provided through our website would be subject to a 70:30 split, whereby 70% of the profit would belong to the practitioner and 30% of the profit would be allocated to Eden Life Academy.

Commission for the Practitioners under Eden Life Academy would be paid on a monthly basis. Should there be a delay in payment, Eden Life Academy vows to make the payment within 10 business days after the due date.

As part of the method of advertising our Practitioners, Eden Life Academy requires that Practitioners submit photo(s) of themselves for advertising purposes. Should the photo(s) be unsatisfactory, Eden Life Academy reserves the right to request for more, and for as many times as required. By the submission of the photo(s) by the Practitioner, they agree that the photo(s) belong to them and they are willing to license the photo(s) to Eden Life Academy for free.

By entering into an agreement with Eden Life Academy, Practitioners agree that dealings with clients introduced through our platform would remain under the 70:30 profit split structure. Under no circumstance should the practitioner circumvent Eden Life Academy and provide services to the clients without Eden Life Academy receiving 30% of the profits. Should such action ensue, repercussions would be severe.

Either party may terminate the agreement, provided they give the other party 30 days of written notice. It should be noted that likewise to the paragraph above, Practitioners agree that following the termination of the agreement between Eden Life Academy and the Practitioners, the Practitioners should not contact clients introduced by Eden Life Academy for half a year. Again, if such action ensues, repercussions would be severe.

Further details about the commission policy would be listed in the contract signed between Eden Life Academy and the Practitioners. Should there be any conflict between the content within this page and the content of the contract, the contract shall prevail.
